This being my first home, it was very important to me that Scott explain everything to me in detail, how I could go about repairing it myself and professionally. Scott was great in doing all of the above. Scott left nothing unturned and made sure I was aware of each problem, whether it be a major problem, or something very minor. My overall experience with B-AWARE INSPECTION was a GREAT one, I will use them again in the future, and I recommend others to do the same. This is just a note of appreciation regarding the Inspection work you did for me. First, I want to thank you for being trustworthy. Sometimes it’s very hard to find people who are honest with you and present themselves as an honest and “real” person.
In addition, I must say to anyone who hires you, that your patience, accompanied with the thorough inspection that you performed, on EVERY house, was truly your virtue and my good fortune. I took you to 3 different houses for inspection…… as I understand, a first time experience for you. For all 3 houses, you appeared on time, organized, and already on the roof before I even arrived! You even went to work for me because of a misunderstanding, which worried me for a minute. However, after the faux pas, on my part, was cleared up, you swallowed the cost and didn’t even charge me for the complete inspection that you performed! AND, you still gave me information about your findings on the house that you had just inspected! Even though I didn’t buy it, it was very helpful in my decision making and, FREE!
You were thorough, informative, and your Inspection report that you present is so cool! Plus, we had a couple of good laughs too! You can’t ask for too much more than that, now can you?
