Why Hire a Home Inspector?
Why? There are several good reasons:

Inspectors are trained to thoroughly examine the components of a home to evaluate them based upon the expectations of the client. This gives you the buyer, detailed information on potential problems.

Inspectors do an objective examination and are not subject to the stress and anxiety which may distract the client.

Inspectors, due to their training, will look for conditions which the client may be totally unaware of. The inspector knows what to look for and where to look for it.

Inspectors have no financial ties to the sale of the home or the realty company selling the home, therefore providing an unbiased evaluation of the home.
Many home buyers lack the specific knowledge, skill, experience, and emotional detachment that are required to conduct a thorough home inspection. At the time of most inspections, the majority of home buyers have previously spent an average of 20 minutes or less at the property. By hiring a home inspector, clients can gain valuable understanding of, and insight into, the physical condition of the house and especially whether or not there are any items not functioning as intended, that are in need of immediate repair, that might adversely affect the habitability of the house, or that might warrant further investigation by a specialized professional.
